Job summary

SIS Care is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Huddersfield on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs in a linked supported living service, helping them with daily routines and activities, with a person-centred approach.

We value passion, reliability and a commitment to enabling independence. Driving is preferred but not essential; Level 2 NVQ is desirable. A competitive hourly rate plus holiday pay is on offer.

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:

TheSupport Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

About the service:

This service supports up to 17 people with a range of complex mental health needs. The building is a converted mill and comprises of 17 self-contained flats of a very high standard in a sought-after area of Lockwood Scar.

There are ample communal spaces for clients to enjoy activities and social integration.
