Job summary

Solutions in Service Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a supported living service in Huddersfield. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs in their daily lives, delivering person-centred care to improve quality of life.

The role focuses on respectful, compassionate support, encouraging independence and wellbeing. A background in mental health, driving being preferable, and NVQ Level 2 desirable are considered assets.

Salary £13.45 per hour.

Sleeps- £51.50

Location: Huddersfield

Hours: 37.5 per week

The role of a Support Worker.

SIS are currently looking to recruit an experienced individual who has experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

About the service

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. This service supports up to 17 people with a range of complex mental health needs. The building is a converted mill and comprises of 17 self-contained flats of a very high standard in a sought-after area of Lockwood Scar.
