The Hastings Centre at Gainsborough has a Support Worker vacancy. We are open to discussions about full or part-time working. We work flexibly across the week including some weekends and evenings. Our job is to support adults with learning and/or physical disabilities to live their lives to the full. The people we work with have some challenges, but they also have energy, dreams, and ambitions. Our job is to support people to make the most of their strengths and abilities, to learn new skills, to achieve their goals, to have new experiences and to have the best possible day, every day.
