Job summary

Agincare, a leading UK care provider, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our Essex service. You will help multiple individuals with learning disabilities to thrive, providing personal care, companionship, and community engagement.

You will follow care plans, maintain records, and support independence and safety. The role offers up to £13.20 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, and a values-led team committed to development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

We’re looking for:

A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust

Experience required

• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Essex service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
