Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and deliver compassionate care across Hedge End and Fareham. You’ll provide hands-on support, join a team, and supervise shifts to maintain high-quality service.

This role requires previous leadership experience, a confident approach to complex needs, and a valid UK driving licence. You’ll contribute to care planning, liaise with families, and help coordinate activities across locations, while upholding person-centred care and

The people you’ll support:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person‑centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We’re looking for:
