Job summary

Agincare Bourne is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in the Bourne community. You'll provide personal care, help with daily routines, and support meaningful activities.

You will build trusted relationships, promote independence, and ensure safety while recording care plans. A full UK driving licence is preferred and training is provided.

We’re Looking For

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
