Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking care assistants to support individuals with learning disabilities at our Werrington service. You will provide person-centred support, personal care and assist with daily routines, activities and community outings.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Werrington service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
