Job summary

Agincare in the UK is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will provide personal care, support independence, and build meaningful connections through community activities and days out.

Role focuses on safeguarding, following care plans, and documenting progress while promoting choice and safety. Training to QCF Level 5 is funded, with good career development prospects and a values-led team culture.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

We’re Looking For

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Sileby service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
