Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Support Worker for Elizabeth Court to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. The role focuses on person-centred care, daily routines, and building meaningful connections.

You will support activities, outings, and holidays, ensuring safety and personalised care. The successful candidate will have a calm, patient approach, a Full UK driving licence, and at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Elizabeth Court service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
