Job summary

Agincare in Market Deeping is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals live more independent and fulfilling lives. You will assist with personal care, daily routines, and community activities tailored to each person’s interests.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £12.90, funded training up to QCF Level 5, career development, and benefits such as the Blue Light Card and a company pension. Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is required.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Market Deeping service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person‑centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
