Agincare Dorset is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, and foster meaningful connections in a supportive, values-led team.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Dorset service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person‑centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
