Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Werrington service. You will help individuals build confidence, independence and joy in their community through person-centred support and daily activities.

You will assist with personal care, facilitate outings and holidays, and work to respect choices while ensuring safety. An excellent opportunity to develop in a values-led team within a leading UK care provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months remaining.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Werrington service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
