Job summary

SeeAbility in East Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help five young adults live more independently and with quality of life. You will support daily routines, plan activities, and build trusted relationships in a supportive home environment.

The role offers guaranteed hours, training and career development, and a friendly team. A full UK driving licence is required, with salary £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per year) plus benefits.

Role Description

Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location: East Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Driving Requirement: Manual full UK licence essential

Visa Sponsorship is not available: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.
