Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will provide Hands-on support in supported living homes, assisting with daily routines and activities, while building genuine relationships to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, strong English, and the right to work in the UK. We offer guaranteed hours, training, a supportive team, and access to pay-on-demand options.

Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential
