Job summary

SeeAbility in Byfleet, Surrey, is seeking experienced Support Workers for our supported living homes. The role focuses on helping young adults and adults with complex needs live independent lives with empathy, dignity and person-centred support.

You’ll build trusted relationships, support daily routines, and participate in activities that promote confidence and wellbeing. The role is physically active, requires a UK driving licence, and offers guaranteed hours, ongoing training, and a supportive

• Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime

• Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
• Keeping clear and accurate records
• Working closely with colleagues and professionals
• This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.

Role Description

Salary: £13.09 per hour, £25,525.50 per annum plus benefits

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, permanent

Driving Licence: UK Manual Driving Licence preferred, but not essential
