SeeAbility in Tadley, Hampshire is looking for a Casual Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, sight loss and complex health needs across Fir Tree Lodge and Heather House. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and visa status is not applicable. The position offers paid training, career development and a supportive team.

Hours: Zero contracted hours

Contract: Casual contract, flexibly available from Sunday to Saturday on a shift rota basis.

Work across two specialist homes

In this rewarding role, you'll work across both Fir Tree Lodge and Heather House in Tadley, supporting adults and young adults with learning disabilities, autism, sight loss and complex health needs.

Fir Tree Lodge is a purpose-built home for ten adults with learning disabilities, autism, sight loss, epilepsy and other complex health needs. The focus is on personalised support, helping people build independence, achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.

Heather House is home to sixteen young adults with complex neurological, physical and learning disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease and Rett syndrome. The home provides specialist support in a warm and engaging environment, with opportunities for therapy, social activities and community involvement.

Working across both homes offers a varied and rewarding experience. You'll build meaningful relationships, learn specialist skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support. Every day brings new opportunities to celebrate achievements, support independence and create positive moments that matter.
