Komplex Community in Cannock, Staffordshire, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for full-time, 12-hour shifts, including waking nights. The role focuses on person-centred care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs, empowering independence and dignity.
You will provide daily living support, promote routines, and help individuals build life skills in a safe, respectful environment. Prior UK work authorisation is required.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. All criminal convictions, including spent ones, must be declared.
