Job summary

Komplex Care is seeking a Support Worker in Leicester to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist, in-home care for individuals with lifelong clinical needs.

Roles include personal care, medication administration and management of tracheostomies and ventilation. Training is provided; a driving licence, good literacy and clear English are required.

Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience in care or willingness to undertake clinical training
  • Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions
  • Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment
  • Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
  • Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
