Job summary

Komplex Community LTD. is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Droitwich to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will support daily tasks, promote independence, and record progress while working 12-hour shifts including waking nights.

The role emphasizes compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence, with flexible coverage across services in Shropshire and Staffordshire. Full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record progress; celebrate small wins daily.
