Job summary

Cathedral View in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently. The role concentrates on evenings and weekends, helping people remain autonomous with dignity and respect.

You will join an employee-owned social enterprise, benefit from enhanced pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays, and complete a three-week induction with DBS checks.

Your Journey Starts Here:

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.

We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
