Job summary

Gobecare is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist residents in both Younger and Older Adults Units within our care home. You will provide personal care, meals support, companionship, and promote independence and wellbeing.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.45, flexible 33 or 44 hours per week with day and night shifts, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment where collaboration and respectful communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working toward).
• SSSC registration or willingness to register within the timescale.
• Understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conduct.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
