Cathedral View in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently. The role concentrates on evenings and weekends, helping people remain autonomous with dignity and respect.

You will join an employee-owned social enterprise, benefit from enhanced pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays, and complete a three-week induction with DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Able to support daily living skills with empathy.
