Voyage Care in Stafford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our supported living service. You will help residents gain independence, assist with personal care, and encourage community participation in a vibrant team environment.
Shifts include early, late, long days, night, and sleep-ins. We value resilience, flexibility, and compassionate values, with DBS checks and references. Enjoy a rewarding role making a real difference in people’s lives.

We're interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, our Support Workers should ideally have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
