About Holdcroft Road:
At Holdcroft Road we provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs . Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together , we create a warm , engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported .
Here at Holdcroft which is rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, we offer a wide variety of community access, such as, visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support , medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting, we also support with PEG care and specified SALT recommended diets . We support with supermarket shopping and special visits, such as trips to Blackpool, the zoo and theatre trips.
