Wrekin Housing Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Holdcroft Road, Stoke-on-Trent, to assist residents with learning and physical disabilities in a warm, supportive environment.
The role focuses on personal care, daily living tasks, budgeting support, and facilitating engaging activities, with a required Enhanced DBS check. This is a part-time, permanent position at 30 hours per week.

At Holdcroft Road we provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities along with safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Here at Holdcroft which is rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, we offer a wide variety of community access, such as, visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting, we also support with PEG care and specified SALT recommended diets. We support with supermarket shopping and special visits, such as trips to Blackpool, the zoo and theatre trips.
