Avenues is hiring a Support Worker at Biggin Hill, near Bromley. Full-time or part-time hours available, salary £25,845 per year pro rata. You will support adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and physical health needs to live independently and participate in activities.

No care experience? Transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or customer service are welcome, and training is provided free of charge to help you start a rewarding career in care.

Your day might include:

• Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities or those who have similar support to live independently,

• Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,
• Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections,
