Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group in Canterbury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and communication needs live independently. This full-time role in a rural service requires a valid manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You’ll receive fully funded training, flexible hours, early pay, DBS paid, and a competitive benefits package including pension and wellbeing support.

• Full valid manual driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• No care experience required; transferable skills from retail/hospitality are valued.

Responsibilities
