Support Worker

Location: Fareham

Salary/Rate: £25,845 per annum

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in the Fareham area, supporting adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

Shift patterns are 6, 7.5, or 8 hour shifts between 08:30 and 19:00, Monday – Sunday. Lone working is required on some days.

• Support people in daily living activities and community engagement
• Facilitate social activities and connect with family and friends
• Assist with financial management
• Maintain cleanliness of home and shop for supplies
• Provide personal care and encourage independence
• Enjoy the rewarding work environment

Experience in social care is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided, including Health and Social Care Diploma.
