Job summary

Avenues is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning and physical disabilities in Canterbury & Hoath. The role is full-time with a pro rata salary of £25,845 per year, reflecting rural service locations.

You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and participate in training provided by the employer. A valid manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

• No care experience required; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, customer service or childcare are welcome.
