Job summary

Avenues Group in Swaffham is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join a brand-new supported living service. You will support 16 residents with learning and physical disabilities and autism, helping them live independently in self-contained flats and bungalows.

This role is values-led, enabling you to build meaningful relationships, support everyday activities, manage finances, and promote wellbeing. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with DBS, training, and pension benefits.

Support Worker

We are excited to be recruiting Support Workers to join us at our brand-new supported living service in Swaffham. This is a fresh start, a new community, and a chance for you to help shape something special from day one.

You’ll be supporting 16 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism, all living independently in a beautifully designed community of self-contained flats and bungalows.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for positive, fun, can-do Support Workers who are passionate about delivering great support and making every day meaningful.
