Avenues in Birchington, Kent is recruiting Support Workers to care for three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex challenging behaviours. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with a pro rata salary of £25,845–£27,045 plus a £1,200 Complexity Payment per year.

You’ll work a seven‑day rota and may require flexible shifts, including early mornings and sleep-ins. Drivers are preferred due to location.
