Job summary

Avenues Group in Canterbury is seeking a committed Support Worker to assist adults with learning and physical disabilities in a rural service. You will help with daily tasks, accompany activities, and support independent living in a warm, inclusive team.

No prior care experience is required; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or customer service are welcomed. Full-time hours and a pro-rata salary reflect the role and training will be provided.

Full-time hours | £25,845 per year (pro rata)

Essential to have full valid manual driving licence and access to own vehicle (rural location of the service)
