A community support organization seeks a Support Worker in Boveridge to assist young people with additional social, emotional, and mental health needs. The role involves supporting students both at home and in the classroom without personal care responsibilities. Applicants must be 21 or over, have a driver's license, and contribute positively to student independence. This permanent, term-time role offers competitive hourly rates and a welcome bonus.
Location: Cranborne, Dorset
Hourly Rate: £12.37-£13.49 per hour
Annual Salary: £23,207.85 - £25,309.13 (depending on experience and qualifications) Plus £1000 Welcome bonus*
Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks)
Hours: 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm average 42 hours per week spread over 3-4 shifts per week (including every other weekend)

Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity to work with a college based in Dorset, the school support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social, emotional and mental health needs, by preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further education, training or employment.
The school are currently looking for a Support Worker to assist our students at home (on-site) and in the classroom (no personal care responsibilities).
