We are looking for a Support Housing Advisor to join our incredible Support Team!

Are you passionate about helping people live independently? Join us to empower residents through tailored support, wellbeing-focused plans, and hands-on housing management that truly makes an impact.

We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer‑centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero‑carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements
  • Support residents across all contact channels to live safely and independently, working with internal teams and external agencies as needed, and accurately recording all interactions
  • Complete and review support plans, PEEPs, and person‑centred fire risk assessments, ensuring information is shared and recorded appropriately
  • Maintain a visible presence across schemes to promote independence, provide signposting and referrals, and work in partnership to ensure resident safety and positive outcomes
  • Encourage resident engagement and social activities, working with resident groups, internal teams, and local charities and services
  • Provide rehousing advice and support, including guidance on the bidding process and liaison with relevant local authorities
