Home Group is seeking a part-time support worker to help people with complex needs live more independently. You will lead planning, coordinate staff, and support customers with daily tasks. The role includes safeguarding and multi‑agency collaboration to empower customers.
We value compassionate, proactive individuals who can work on a rolling rota, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and some weekends. A Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent is required, with training offered to progress.
