Home Group Limited is seeking a capable leader to head a team delivering safe, person-centred supported housing services in the UK. The role focuses on guiding staff, safeguarding, and maintaining high standards of health and safety while driving outcomes.

About the role

Salary up to £33,795 per year, dependent on skills and experience plus 34 days leave, rising to 39, and a health cash plan.

The practical bits

• Working hours are usually 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, although some flexibility will be required to accommodate line management responsibilities for overnight staff.


• There is an expectation to participate in the On-Call rota once probation has been successfully completed. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to manage their own diary.


• You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay)


• The role will be predominantly service-based, with the potential for a hybrid working arrangement once the service is fully established.


• There is parking on site and good local bus links.
