Nottingham Mencap is seeking a Support and Enablement Worker - Befriending to support individuals in the community and at home through tailored activities designed to help them achieve their personal aims. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred support and practical engagement in everyday activities.
We’re looking for caring people who can work after school, evenings and weekends; availability through school holidays is a bonus as many we support are school-age.
Location: Interview will take place at Clarence Street, successful applicants will support individuals within their family home, in the community through a range of activities tailored to the individual who is requiring the support.
We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker in the community.
