Job summary

Home Support Matters is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in our Supported Living Houses. We offer flexible shifts and training, with an emphasis on person-centred care and empowerment for individuals with learning disabilities.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are required. No prior experience needed as comprehensive training and a Care Certificate NVQ pathway are provided.

looking for a Support Worker to join our team working within our Supported Living Houses. Join Home Support Matters as a Support Worker and make a real difference every day. Based on positive outcomes and 25 years of experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, our Supported Living service provides an alternative to residential care and empowers people to live the life they choose. Individuals are in control of the support they receive, which is delivered by our highly trained Support Workers. Personalised support plans are developed around each person's interests, priorities and skills. Support may include personal care, managing finances, accessing education or employment, and taking part in leisure and social activities.
