Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Worthing to help multiple individuals lead happier, more independent lives. You will provide person-centred care, support daily activities, and build trusting relationships within the community.

The role offers training up to QCF Level 5 and career development opportunities in a supportive, values-led team. A Full UK driving licence is required, with eligibility to work in the UK.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at Worthing to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
