Job summary

Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes across Scotland. You’ll deliver personal and clinical support, manage complex needs, and assist with daily routines, medications, and appointments.

Empathy and strong listening skills are essential to help clients participate socially and gain independence. This role may involve lone work with on-call support, and requires flexible day, evening, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

  • Experience is preferred; full induction and ongoing training provided.
  • Ability to connect with people with empathy and commitment to helping others.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.


This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is preferred but we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

You’ll Need


  • Right to work in the UK (WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)

  • UK Driving Licence

  • Access to your own car would be advantageous

  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
