Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement in our Supply Chain team in the United Kingdom, starting July 2027. This full-time role gives you hands-on exposure to operations across multiple sites.

You will analyse data, support continuous improvement, lead small projects, and collaborate with teams on launches, with a salary of £26,600 and the chance to develop skills and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have full right to work for duration of placement (July 2027–July 2028).
• Penultimate year student, sandwich placement option, returning to study afterward.
• Path to a degree in Business Management or closely related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges.
• Lead small improvement projects delivering measurable business benefits.
• Gain hands-on experience of daily operations and end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT teams.
• Support key operational activities including new product launches.
• Be given real-life objectives and make a noticeable contribution to your department.
