PepsiCo is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates for a 12-month placement in Supply Chain, starting July 2026 in the UK. You will join a 4,500-strong team across 10 sites, including Cupar and Leicester, and take ownership of engineering projects with real impact.

Qualifications

• Eligible students with full Right to Work for the duration (12 months).
• Penultimate year of university studies.
• Course includes a sandwich placement option.
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a range of supply chain engineering projects, managing each stage from capital investment build through to final approval and sign-off.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects to agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards and business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring clear communication, alignment and effective decision-making throughout project delivery.
• Develop robust solutions balancing sustainability, cost, ROI and operational requirements.
• Work collaboratively within the Supply Chain Engineering Projects team to improve performance.
• Be given real-life objectives to contribute to the department.
