PepsiCo Inc. is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement in Supply Chain starting July 2026. Based in the UK, you’ll work on projects across our oats, snacks, juices and beverages with real responsibility from day one.

You’ll analyse performance data, support loss elimination, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with guidance from experienced teams. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, health benefits, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have the Right to Work for the duration of the full-time placement (July 2026–July 2027).
• Current is penultimate year of university studies, with option for a sandwich placement.
• Pursuing Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to challenge established ways of doing things.
• Ambition to learn and grow your career at PepsiCo.

Responsabilités

• Analyse performance data and trends, preparing validated data and loss trees for Daily/Weekly Direction Setting.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and apply structured methodologies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support the Process Lead in loss elimination activities and establish new operating standards.
