Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement in the UK Supply Chain team, starting July 2027, full-time. You will work on real projects across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT, with hands-on exposure to daily processes and end-to-end flows.

You will join a 4,500-strong team behind brands like Quaker and Walkers, with opportunities for development, mentoring and a strong, inclusive culture. Salary is £26,600 with 25 days leave and other benefits.

Qualifications

• RTW for full-time placement July 2027–July 2028
• Penultimate year of university with sandwich placement option
• Degree in Business Management or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve operational challenges
• Lead individual improvement projects delivering measurable business benefits
• Gain hands-on experience of daily operations and end-to-end processes
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT
• Support key operational activities, including new product launches
• Be given real-life objectives to work on and make a noticeable contribution to your dept
