PepsiCo Inc. invites undergraduates to join our 12-month Supply Chain placement programme starting July 2026. You will work on hands-on engineering projects across our UK sites, including the Walkers Crisp factory in Leicester, contributing to real business outcomes from day one.

You will gain guidance, development and autonomy in a fast-paced, energetic environment, with a strong focus on sustainability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Candidates must have full right to work for duration of the placement.
• Penultimate year of university with option for a sandwich placement.
• Engineering focus in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Manufacturing.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge existing methods.
• Passion for PepsiCo, development, sustainability and engineering delivery.
• Ambition to learn and grow and potential to become a future leader.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a range of supply chain engineering projects from capital investment builds to final sign-off.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects to deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Develop robust solutions balancing sustainability, cost, ROI and operational needs.
• Collaborate within the Supply Chain Engineering Projects team to improve performance.
• Contribute to real-life objectives that impact the department.
