Job summary

PepsiCo Ltd. invites undergraduates to join the Supply Chain placement for 12 months starting July 2027. You will analyse data to support demand forecasts, create insightful reports and assist in scenario planning across UK sites.

The role offers coaching from a Demand Planning Manager and real opportunities to influence business decisions. You must be in your penultimate year with permission to work full-time for the placement and pursuing a Business Management-related degree.

Qualifications

• Full right to work for the duration of the placement (July 2027–July 2028).
• Penultimate year of university, with option for a sandwich placement before returning to study.
• Degree in Business Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to support demand forecasts and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain business reports for decision-making.
• Support scenario planning to understand how changes in demand could affect the business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK to gather insights and improve demand plans.
• Use digital planning and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Receive coaching from the Demand Planning Manager while developing your skills.
• Contribute to real-life objectives and drive measurable impact.
