PepsiCo is offering a 12-month undergraduate placement in Supply Chain, starting July 2027 in the UK. From day one you’ll work on projects across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT to deliver real improvements.

You’ll analyse data, lead small improvement initiatives and gain hands‑on experience with end-to-end processes. Applicants must have full RTW, be in the penultimate year studying Business Management or a related discipline, and demonstrate curiosity, ambition and creativity.

• RTW for duration of placement (July 2027–July 2028).
• Penultimate year of university with sandwich placement option.
• Degree path: Business Management or closely related discipline.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsabilités

• Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges.
• Lead individual improvement projects delivering measurable benefits.
• Gain hands-on experience of daily operations and end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT teams.
• Support key operational activities, including new product launches.
• Be given real-life objectives and contribute to your department.
