Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. invites undergraduates to join its Supply Chain placement programme for 12 months, beginning July 2026.

You will contribute to major projects across the UK network, including the Quaker Oats Mill in Cupar and Walkers Crisp factory in Leicester, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a placement student, you’ll work with autonomy, shape improvements, and be mentored as you develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year students in a course with a sandwich placement option.
• Active interest in Business Management, Procurement or Engineering.
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge traditional ways of doing things.
• Ambition and eagerness to learn and grow within PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

• Work with the UK Enterprise Asset Management Lead to improve EAM processes and inventory systems.
• Lead small improvement projects and coordinate activities to completion.
• Collaborate with site teams to embed best practices across the UK network.
• Analyse EAM and inventory processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Travel to UK sites as required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
