Job description

Overview

This role would require the job holder to act as a key point of contact, supporting on a day-to-day basis the Supply Chain and Planning Manager as well as providing general administrative support for the team.

Responsibilities

• Support with scheduling deliveries to our food processing sites and liaising with site teams
• Producing information to measure supply chain and KPI efficiencies
• Maintaining Database for farm assurance certificates
• Setting up new farmers on the system and updating farm assurance records
• Communicating with farmers to follow up on queries
• Managing pig movement records

Qualifications

• You must be a collaborative team player who is able to prioritise, enjoys the challenge of working in a busy office environment and has proven written/verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with our farming community and internal teams.
• You must be analytical, have attention to detail, sound problem solving skills and able to work independently.
• You must also have experience of working confidently with bespoke computer systems.
