Job summary

VANRATH are delighted to partner with an established FMCG business to recruit a Junior Supplier Account Manager in Lisburn. You will work with a portfolio of suppliers, build strong relationships, coordinate commercial activity and support account performance.

This role offers training and growth opportunities, a permanent position and the chance to develop your commercial and negotiation skills within the FMCG sector.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience within account management, buying, sales support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build professional relationships.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to negotiations.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage several priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for a portfolio of suppliers.
• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with key contacts.
• Support the delivery of account plans and agreed commercial priorities.
• Contribute to negotiations and discussions around trading arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress account requirements and resolve queries.
• Keep account information and agreed actions up to date.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve account outcomes.

The Role

• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage several priorities.
• A proactive approach to resolving queries and following through on actions.
• Experience within FMCG or a related sector would be advantageous.
